Today I am going to review the APS Cosmetofood.

I had received this in my Fab Bag for July month. It is a whitening and brightening skin diet that comes in seven steps. The details of all the steps is given on the packaging.

I. Pre-cleansing

Product: Activated Organic Spring Water

Claims: Cleanses all impurities by balancing skin pH.

Experience: It comes in a 5 ml dropper like bottle that was convenient to use. It has a medicinal smell. I could see dirt on the cooton ball when I wiped my face after applying this but I just did not like using it. It feels hot and sticky on the skin. A simple face wash or toner would be better.

II. Cleansing

Product: Soya Milk Kumkumadi Cleanser

Claims: Hydrating, restructuring and rejuvenating properties

Experience: It comes in a 5 ml sachet. The smell of this one is heavenly! Love it totally. It makes my skin feel soft, supple and deeply cleansed. It also smoothens my skin and leaves an even texture. I would definitely like to purchase this one. It is available on nykaa.

III. Deep Cleansing

Product: Arctic Berry & Strawberry Enzyme Dermo Exfoliant

Claims: Multi mineral chrono energizer

Experience: It comes in a 4 ml sachet. It has very soft beads that act as a scrub. As soon as you start rubbing it on your face, the beads form into small lumps that help to gently exfoliate your skin. And it smells amazing! It leaves my skin soft, smooth, deeply cleansed. It also brightened and lightened my skin to a great extent. Would love to repurchase this one as well. It is available on nykaa.

IV. Nourishment

Product: Vanilla & Caramel Whitening Cream

Claims: Lightening effect on highly pigmented and scarred skin

Experience: It comes in a 6 ml sachet. It gets absorbed instantly in the skin. This one is also great in helping to brighten and lighten the skin. It has a good smell as well. It is available on nykaa.

V. Mask

Product: Mulberry & Licorice Mask

Claims: It soothes the irritation and relieves mechanical stress

Experience: It comes in a 6 gm sachet. It is a light pink gel that has a good berry-ish smell. But I started to feel a burning sensation after applying it and started to itch after a while. But it did clean my skin and make it oil free. It helped to brighten my face but did not help in improving the texture or make it soft and smooth. You can buy this one on nykaa.

VI. Eye Mask

Product: Whey Protein Eye Mask

Claims: Erases under eye dark circles and maintains elasticity

Experience: It comes in a 4 ml sachet. It is white cream that has a soapy smell. It gives a tingling sensation when applied under the eyes. But, the effect is great. It is easy to wipe off and gives a cooling sensation around the eyes. It makes the under eyes feel refreshed and hydrated. A small sachet could not show very noticeable result but I think this one can work. Recommended! Available on nykaa.

VII. Serum

Product: Almond Latte Serum

Claims: Protects the skin and increases skin brightness

Experience: It comes in a 4 ml sachet. It has a baby powder kind of smell. Honestly, I havent used a serum before this and so could not compare it to any other. But this one made my skin feel very oily and greasy after use. I could not see any difference except for greasiness. It also sat a little heavy on my skin. Not a big fan. Available on nykaa.

To sum it up

I completely enjoyed using all these products. Some of them worked amazingly and some, not so much. But this definitely seems like a promising brand that has some really good products that you can definitely splurge on! It is paraben free, sulfate free, mineral oil, silicon and petro chemical free as well. It is an organic potent formulation that is made from 95% natural ingredients.
