Today I am going to review the Plum Natur Studio All-Day-Wear Kohl Kajal.

A kajal is a must-have in any make up junkies vanity. Most of us have started our make up journey with a kajal as one of the first products. It instantly changes our eye makeup game.

Plum products are PETA certified and 100% vegan and cruelty-free. They are also free of Parabens, Pthalates, Propylene Glycol, SLS, DEA and PABA.

Ingredients: Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Rice Bran Wax that lends creaminess and hydrating properties, Natural Vitamin E and more. The plum website also mentions that owing to its high performance benchmark, this product is not all natural - but is 100% safe and tested by dermatologists and ophthalmologists.

Directions for use: To use as kajal, apply a generous swipe on your waterline, starting from the inner corner of the eye and smoothly moving outwards. You can darken the kajal with a second swipe, or thicken the line by going one-step below the waterline to give a bold look.

To use as liner, draw a line from the outer corner of your eye, moving slightly upward. Now, continuing with the line on your upper eyelid, stroke dark outward to inward, such that it looks like a continuous swipe.

Packaging: It comes very beautifully packaged in a box with a paper that has all the details of it written on it as well. It is a pencil that can be sharpened. It is said that gel liners generally come in pencil packaging as that holds the product better. Also, since quantity is more than the typical retractable pencil, it compensates for the wastage on sharpening the product.

My experience

I love applying kajal. It completes my everyday makeup. Some compact and kajal just does it for me. 

I have oily skin and equally oily lids. It gets difficult for any kajal to stay on my waterline. It always smudges and tends to settle in my under eye creases.

I had heard about this kajal a lot. It was said to be a must have in the oily lid vanity. So obviously had to try this one.

It comes in a cool purple color pencil with a free sharpner. The addition of a free sharpner is a great thing as you don't have to buy one. The sharpner is of good quality. It also comes with a small stick type thing to clean it.

It has a creamy texture and is jet black. It applies smoothly on your waterline without tugging. You can get a good thick line with it as well.

I wore it for a whole day, almost 7-8 hours and I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It did not smudge at all. A good thick line will ensure that it doesn't fade away as well. It did not settle in my creases which is what I love!

Initially I was skeptical to buy it due to its price but after using it, I think it is totally worth it. Finally a kajal that doesn't give me fake dark circles. I will definitely repurchase it every time I run out of it.
