Today I am going to review the Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Blackhead 3 Step Sheet v/s HipHop Charcoal Nose Strips for Women - Blackhead Remover.

All of us do not have the time to go for a clean up and get our blackheads removed all the time. What if you have an event that has just come up and you need to clean yourself up urgently? Well, nose strips come in handy during these times.

There are a variety of strips available in the market, but today I am going to review the Innisfree and the HipHop one. The reason for choosing one high-end and one affordable is that we tend to contemplate whether we should invest in the high end product or should just go with the cheaper option as they both are nose strips at the end of the day. So, to make the choice easier, I wanted to see how both of them work and compare them.

Which one is better?

Looking at the cost, the HipHop one is definitely more pocket-friendly as it has 3 strips in INR 90/-.

The Innisfree strip has 3 steps which might seem to be a tiring and a long process for some people whereas the HipHop one just asks you to wet your nose, apply the strip and voila!

But, the Innisfree strip has additional steps which are very beneficial. They first open the pores so that the strip can adhere to the pores and deep clean. It then tightens the pores that had been opened. You can always take steam before applying the HipHop strip for opening the pores as well.

I have very oily nose and many bumps due to whiteheads and blackheads. I also have large pores.

After using both the strips, I feel that the Innisfree strip provided me with a more effective and a long-lasting effect. It deep cleaned my pores of all the dirt, removed excess oil and my nose become smoother.

The HipHop strip also cleaned my nose but its effect was not as great as the Innisfree one. It was also not as long lasting. My nose felt smooth and cleaner but not oil free, and the effect faded just the next day.

So, even though the Innisfree one is expensive, if you have many blackheads that are very hard to remove, try it!

On the other hand, if your blackhead situation is not very bad, then you can definitely use the HipHop strips.
