Today I am going to review the Urbanyog Detan Bentonite Clay Face Pack.
Even though #texturethursday is not a big think like #texturetuesday but I still wanted to do it.
Lets talk about the Urbanyog Detan Bentonite Clay Face Pack.
Bentonite clay is rich in nutrients and it is known to be great for oily and acne prone skin as well. It helps to pull out all the impurities from the skin and also reduces acne.
Packaging: It comes in a tub. It also has an applicator which can be used to apply the mask. I generally use my fingers only for all mask applications.
Texture: I always thought the clay masks have a thick and dry texture. But this one has a very nice smooth consistency that spreads and applies easily.
Ingredients:
It contains Kaolin clay, bentonite clay and tea tree oil among other ingredients. It also has some hydrating ingredients which makes the mask non drying. It also has fragrance which might be irritating to some people.
My experience:
My oily acne prone skin loves clay masks and this is not an exception.
I somehow really enjoy the texture and the fragrance of it. I keep it on for 15 mins and then wash it off. It does not feel drying at all. The texture is so creamy that your skin will not feel stretchy at all.
My sis in law has also used this one and we both notice that our skin looks brighter after washing this off. The skin feels cleaner and pores seem to be decongested.
My acne has also seemed to be reducing a little.
It takes away all the dirt and the oiliness and grime but the skin feels nourished.
I do not have much tanning on my skin so I can not answer those claims.
Would I recommend?
Yes. If you like clay masks that wont dry out your skin then try this one out. It retails for INR 450/- but mostly on discount on amazon.
