I was recently introduced to one of them by my beautiful cousin.

Proarte is a brand famous for its makeup brushes but their gel eye liner pencil and lipsticks are amazing too.

Today, lets talk about their Gel Eyeliner Pencil.

These are so smooth. They glide like butter and their pigmentation is amazing. One swipe and soo much colour. I absolutely loved them.

They stay on the lid for quite some time too. They do not smudge but they are not water proof.
