Peau Care L'eau Shield SPF 50

 Do you apply sunscreen even  in winters?

If you answered no, you probably should reconsider. Just go and apply it right now. (Not if you are reading this at night. Well, I have uploaded this at night so you must be reading it at night but do it in the morning ok?)

Today, lets talk about peaucare L'eau Shield SPF 50. It is a chemical  sunscreen.

Packaging: It comes in a plastic tube. All the details are given on the packaging.

Texture & Smell: It has a gel consistency. It has a mild smell which is not bothersome. It doesn't mention fragrance in the ingredients list so I think it isn't any artificial additive.

Skin type: Oily & acne prone.

My experience:

Sunscreens are a must but its so difficult to find the right one.

This one ticks most right boxes for me.

It has a light gel based texture that spreads and sinks easily into the skin. It does not pill or leave a white cast.

It gives a nice matte finish and does not make the skin oily for a good amount of time. Oily skin beauties would absolutely love this fact. It does not feel greasy or sticky on the skin at all.

Somehow, I felt that after application it felt a little heavy or tight. Maybe because it has a matte finish.  But, after a couple of minutes, it was fine as it settled.

It contains Sulisobenzone. It works to filter out both UVA and UVB rays, protecting the skin from sun UV damage.

Would I recommend?

If you have oily skin then definitely. If you have dry skin, use a good moisturizer along with it and it would work well.

Price: INR 475/- which is quite affordable  for a good quality product.
