Plum Green Tea Face Wash

Today I am going to review the Plum Green Tea Face Wash. 

Most of us are familiar with the CTM (Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing) routine. Let us talk about the first step product today. A face wash helps us to remove all the dirt and oil from our face.

I had bought the Plum Green Tea range from amazon.com at a steal deal. Plus it claims to be a pore cleaning face wash. This range also contains the face wash, moisturizer, face pack, night cream and a serum.

Plum Green Tea Face Wash

Plum products are PETA certified and 100% vegan and cruelty-free. They are also free of Parabens, Pthalates, Propylene Glycol, SLS, DEA and PABA.

Claims: This face wash contains green tea and glycolic acid which helps to clean the skin of dead cells and prevent new acne formation. It is a gentle, non-drying foaming formula which doesn't contain soap. It also has soft cellulose scrub beads which act as a mild natural exfoliator.

Directions for use: Take a coin sized amount on your palm and gently lather up on wet face in circular motion.

Packaging: The packaging is sturdy with a tight cap with no scope of leakage.

My experience

The face wash is of runny gel like consistency with small green beads in it. The first time I used it, on application, I didn't think it would work that great. It seemed very mild on the skin. But when I washed my face, it was squeaky clean and very soft. I loved the result of it.

The smell is very mild green tea one but seems refreshing. The small beads help in gentle exfoliation for the skin which helps to clean the pores of the oil and dirt. My face remains oil free for a long time but doesn't feel dry or dehydrated. It acts as a cleanser which is very gentle on the skin.

This face wash has green tea and glycolic acid in it which keeps acne and oiliness at bay. It has worked wonders on my skin, making it brighter and clearer. 

It is best suited for combination to oily skin type. Plum also has many variants for the normal, dry and also sensitive skin types.
